1. What if I've forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can click here to have your password sent to you.

2. What if I get a message saying "your account has been blocked" when I try to log in?

When you first set up a user account with our store, we send you a varification e-mail.  If you have not yet opened this mail and clicked on the varification link, then the system will block you when you try to enter your user name and password.  Please open this e-mail, click on the link and you will be able to enter the site.

3. Why do we have to log in to purchase items from your store?

This feature gives customers the advatage of being able to return to our site and view thier orders. Shoppers can easily login again during the next checkout and they don't have to fill in thier Billing & Shipping Details again.

4. Why won't my password work for my paypal account?

Your paypal account information and your Jamz Original account information may be different.  They are two different accounts from two different companies.  If you have forgotten your PayPal password, PayPal will send it to you.  Click Here to goto the paypal password retrival page. 

If you have not yet set up a Paypal, you will have to do so.
